If you’re fanatical about quality and support efforts to utilize the whole animal, it doesn’t get any better than Underbelly Burger. The burgers are perfect, juicy, flattop-style works of art. They’re presented without fuss in a diner environment that’s in the middle of Houston’s nicest farmer’s market. Don’t miss the ranch dusted fries or solid milkshakes and malts.
Have been wanting to try this place for a while. The service was great. The milkshakes were very tasty and not too thick. The fries with the ranch seasoning were yummy. The only complaint is that the burger patty itself was a little bit salty.

Not very busy, I got the salad with a protein, the wagu burger patty, trying to be a little healthy, but I did eat a few of the delicious pig tail looking fries yum yum. Go try for yourselves they close at 6pm. I believe.
