After walking in Memorial Park, I stopped by the new café and the service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The coffee was well-made and complemented the simple, tasty burrata toast. The café had a comfortable atmosphere, making it a good place to relax after the walk. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good food and great service.
I recently visited Vibrant after a 5-mile walk, and it was the perfect spot to refuel with healthy and delicious food. The open concept of the restaurant gives it a lively atmosphere, complemented by its convenient location in Memorial Park next to the track. I highly recommend trying their breakfast tacos; they were fantastic! The coffee was also excellent, just what I needed to start my day. I got a chicken taco, a beef taco, and a cup of bone broth. I couldn’t resist a bite of the biscotti before I took the picture, it was delicious. The food is clean and light. Vibrant neverrrrr disappoints! I am so glad there is another location :’)
