Love this place. It's OPEN, so that's great, although Overlord Hidalgo's asinine COVID restrictions are in place. (Apparently the virus can tell if you aren't wearing a mask when you are standing up or going to the bathroom and attacks only then...eyeroll...) This is one of the best dive bars you will go to in the area. They do not skimp on the drinks. Just don't walk in expecting this to be your regular bar like the others. Be normal and sociable to the bartenders, and it will be incredibly worth it. The jukebox has tons of great, older music to play in there too!

If you wanna have a GOOD drink in a chill environment. This is your place!!it definitely gives dive bar vibes, the drinks are strong and affordable. Not like other places around downtown. Everyone is nice.
