Went here with a coupon today. Had some confusion on how to use it. Joseph was my cashier and was very helpful and patient. Listened to me and articulated in a way I was able to understand. Talked to one of the other employees at the restaurant to get his name and got the feeling he is well respected. The man is definitely leadership material and they are lucky to have him.
I went through the drive thur to order breakfast. I told the drive thur person to hold on so I get my order together. When I was ready to order no one can back to take my order. I could have went to Burger King but I wanted a breakfast burger so I went inside to order. Mrs Mel took my order and she was so nice. She was cleaning the lobby. Great job Whataburger or it is just my lucky day but I had the freshest most juiciest whataburger in a loooong time and it is so close to my abode! The male drive thru order taker took my order correctly. The female drive thru worker was pleasant and smiled. My whatburger meal was hot and fresh. Fries were hot as well. Only thing is speaking from a former food worker, the ice tea machines need a deep clean cuz that sweet tea got that taste if u know u know.
