I’ve never been to a restaurant where customer satisfaction is at the bottom of the list. I ordered a flavor that was way too hot for me to consume (my fault). I did not ask for money back, simply to switch to a milder flavor and was told no. Because of their no refund policy. Once again, I didn’t ask for money back. Chicken Wings are awesome!
My boyfriend and I have been in a few times since they've opened, and the wings are always delicious! They are always so perfectly crispy and flavorful. Also, when it comes to spicy foods, I enjoy moderate spice, and not for the sake of spice, but for a good flavor that happens to be spicy. Well, their extra spicy wings are a little spider than I am accustomed to- but they are SO delicious, I have gotten them every time I go!
