The place is very very poorly managed.it has been for years. The service is non-existent. No one is ever at the counter. What keeps them in business are their prices and quality of product. I order on line There's never a problem with the Pizza Portal.
I ordered online and arrived at the store 5 minutes after the latest pickup time, and they still made me wait almost 20 minutes, because they said my order was just put in the oven. So I waited the 20 minutes to get my order. And I asked them if they could compensate me anything for the time. They said that they could make me a free crazy bread, but I would have to wait another 15 minutes for it.
