I have lived in Houston my whole life and have eaten at Whataburger almost the entire time. I have loved them the entire time. I am so very disappointed in them right now. My last 4 or 5 visits have been horrible. The burgers were not good at all and my 7 yr old granddaughter even complained. The sandwiches were so flat you couldn't see anything except the bread. Food was great! Staff was kind. My issue was the amount of time it took to get me my food. This location is very close to the airport. It took over 15minutes for me to get my meal, there was no indoor line, the car in front of me drove off right as I pulled up.

What can I say cant go wrong with this place. I specifically come to this one because not only are they fast but I never have issues with my order because I like my meals a certain way but the workers here are very nice. Even though some customers treat them bad.
