Wingstop in Humble

“I didnt give the one star because, the reviews are true, They most likely will not answer the phone. I will say, I have almost always used their online ordering and thankfully have had luck with my orders. I recently moved closer to the beltway where another wingstop location is 10 minutes from me now but when I read the reviews for that location, I choose to stick to this location . I made the drive to pick up and it was pretty busy in there. There wasnt any order going on as to to who was waiting for what. However I did stand in place to give my name. I recommend always check your food. The times ive gone, nobody sits in the tables really so I go to a table and check my order before leaving. It has always been correct and my fries have been well done like I ask. I know I am a pretty picky person when it comes to food. Thank you to the staff for the friendliness experience each time i've gone. I know this wont be everyones experience but I came to leave a review so that you guys know there is another wing stop location near the beltway that seems to give their food looking like the fries old or reheated. Therefore, I give these guys the benefit of the doubt.Ive never gotten old looking fries from here. I am not a fan of their fries but when asked for well done and light seasoning, they are better in my opinion.“

“My office ordered for pick up! All orders were ready in a timely manner and Cheyenne was especially sweet and helpful! She helped me make sure I had all my colleagues’ orders and bagged them nicely with labels and even offered to help me to my car.“

“I called in my lunch order today. They provided me with time-frame that my food would be ready. My food was ready on time. It was hot, the vegetables were fresh and clean. Amanda was very nice along with the rest of staff. I truly enjoyed my lunch today.“
