“Okay. I've read the reviews on the food and sometimes I see customers weren't happy but let me tell you my experience. Last night about 10:30 I went through the drive thru. The service was on point and staff was professional and polite (with a long line) - but my child complained the food wasn't hot enough on the way home. So I went back to the location, went inside, and nicely gave them my complaint and can I tell you the response I got? Oh. My. Gosh. I mean - the most respectful customer service and no questions asked - remade with a freaking smile! What? In these times of horrid interaction between people????? I literally left with a thankful heart and confidence in other humans! What an experience!!! And yes - it's just fast food - no big deal - but it literally made my day. Thanks Jack in the Box staff. It meant the world....“
