Delayed review of Casa Jalisco in the Co-op in Hutto. We stopped by for our first time for lunch after workout on a Saturday afternoon. Decided to sit at the bar since it's usually faster. Weird layout that you have to walk through the dining room to get to the bar, but no biggie. Took a while for a bartender to greet us and give menus and take drink order. EVERYTHING about this awesome spot in Hutto is positive!!! From top to bottom. I was out in the Hutto area checking things out for my sister who is moving here in a month. Thought I might try a new restaurant. It was delicious! Take a nice drive outta Austin (45 min from downtown) and enjoy!!
The drinks are great the staff awesome games are always on and the food 🤤

Based on customer reviews, Casa Jalisco Sports Bar & Grill serves the best menudo in Texas, though it may not be as good for those from New Mexico. The table side guacamole and Mexican martinis are the bomb. The pollo poblano is absolutely delicious, and there is a wide variety of menu choices. The food and service has always been great. Portions and quality of food are both great, and the food can come out in less than 10 minutes for a group of six. Great breakfast is available here. However, some experiences include slow service and cold beef fajitas that came on a plate instead of a sizzling platter, with soggy lettuce. Despite this, management or staff quickly fix any minor problems. This is a great place to come to for whatever time it is.
