“This was my first time ordering DoubleDave’s. My daughter’s school was having a fundraiser and 20% of our order went to them so I thought I would try it out. I ordered two pizzas and a salad online for delivery and the food arrived pretty fast, however, only the pizza arrived. Honestly, I didn’t feel like calling the restaurant to complain that we didn’t get our small salad so we just ate the pizza and said all well. Then I got a text that our salad would be arriving asap and not even 5 min later the delivery driver was at our door apologizing. Now we order food for delivery at least twice a week from various restaurants and we understand things get forgotten, but NEVER have I had a delivery driver actually return to the store to get the item and bring it to us after it was forgotten ESPECIALLY without me even complaining about it. This act alone will bring us back to DoubleDaves in the future because customer service is key. But also the food was spectacular!“

“It's good pizza. They offer pretty good deals online. Sometimes the wings don't have much sauce on them. I've gotten some with no sauce before. That wasn't cool. Had to turn around and go back. We now check our order before we leave the restaurant. They are quick to get your order ready. Worth trying if you haven't“

“Tried for first time here in Buda from friends recommendation. It was busy Saturday night but got our appetizers in less than 10 minutes! Garlic knots were good, also got the fried zucchini yum and the sauce was great. 12 or more draft beers and sample offered Nice! We got the carnivore and margarita, liked the crust- margarita needed a little more flavor but still was good. Lots of staff keeping it clean and asking if anything else needed! I definitely recommend it, and I will be back. Welcome to Buda!“

“We went to Gino's last night for our 10th Wedding anniversary and it was so delicious that I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. It's truly authentic Italian food. It's the perfect lightness and richness. How I felt after my meal was, Wow! THEIR SAUCES - make you not want to leave any on the plate. THE PASTA- you can tell they use high quality ingredients! Not a variety of flowers. The wine we chose was from Sicily, and perfectly paired with our meals. My son had a children's cheese pizza, and the portion size was VERY generous! For Dessert we had their Lemoncello Mascarpone and the Cannoli. The cake was so refreshing and the icing was not too much. The Cannoli was better than ice cream. It's definitely a family restaurant. You can't compare this place to anywhere else in town because it just wouldn't be fair! They're the best!“

“I ordered the chicken parmesan and my husband got the meat stromboli with garlic rolls. Everything was really good, affordable, and the portions fed us for a couple of days! The only small complaint was that there was a bit too much cheese for our taste, but that’s an easy fix—we’ll just ask for less next time. Overall, the best pasta and pizza in Taylor!“

“This was our first visit, but definitely will not be our last. The entire experience from making a reservation to paying the bill was first class. We were promptly greeted and shown to our booth. The ambiance was very nice and despite wood floors, the noise level was low (not a minor factor for seniors with rock and roll impaired ears). Our server was very attentive, but not overly so. The food was superb, in my opinion. We had octopus and mussels for starters. Both were very tasty. The broth for the mussels was very flavorful and required extra bread to finish it off. The braised ribs and tagliatelle were the best I have ever had. The meat was tender and super delicious. We also had osso buco which was too big to finish so we took it home for another meal. The bread pudding and ice cream were the perfect thing to top off a great meal. Hats off to the crew at La Riv for dishing up a fantastic evening. We'll be back!“

“My family has been going to Baris since it opened in 1997 when we lived in Pflugerville. My youngest son turned 21 and requested Baris for his birthday last night. We haven't been for a few years as we moved about 30 minutes away. It was so much fun visiting an old fave. Food quality is amazing, the menu hasn't changed and we were delighted to see the daughter that was bussing tables as a kid is now running the restaurant. Such a local gem.
