“Personal Opinion: This Velvet Taco is better than the one in the Domain. We did not have long to wait in line to order and service was actually helpful and quick. The food was great - I ordered the Shepards Pie taco and the Smash burger taco. There is a good amount of space inside and I believe they also have an outside patio area to eat. Also, there is a drive thru for those who really want a quick pick up experience.“

“I'm a local in the area and a native from Puerto Rico. I noticed they had a tripleta on their menu and wanted to try it. Overall, the taste and quality of food is absolutely great. I would have liked to see more tomato, onion, swiss cheese and papitas in the sandwich. Adding more mayo-kechu could really bring out the flavor of the sandwich. I would suggest also using pan sobao (Italian bread) if available. Stacking the three meats (pork butt, bistec, ham) instead of mixing them gives a variety of taste in combination with the other condiments and ingredients. However, I enjoyed the Mexi-rican fusion involved with the sandwich. I would definitely recommend. I hope to see them bring more of this combination of food culture in the future.The two lovely women in the window were kind and positive. Their customer service skills were welcoming. The preparation time was completed in a timely manner. She was nice enough to wave me down in my car due to the heat. The area has a lot of parking spaces and the food truck itself, is easy to access.I will be coming back for the popular queso-birria tacos! :) definite 8/10.“
