Is it REALLY DQ's preferred way for their staff to greet customer's at the drive-through with the phrase "order when you're ready". NOT WELCOMING AT ALL.
Quality checking seems lacking. We usually only get Blizzard's.
Recently had to pick the bananas out as they were not ripe, or given a soon too short to reach the bottom of the cup!
Are y’all selling gravy soup now? Maybe even more like gravy flavored water?
