“I am indeed a foodie and very picky about restaurants in the DFW area. However, Chef Gorji met my high standards with foods that were amazingly prepared. You can't go wrong with whatever you order but the Sea Bass and Vegetarian Lasagna had me wanting more. The grill vegetables were so well prepared I was left shocked by the seasoning he used. He is also a very humble and kind man and that is an extra bonus. If you want good food in Dallas look no further go to Gorji Restaurant and enjoy good food. Dr. Lisa“

“We really enjoy a night out at the track in Grand Prairie. We always sit up in the lounge and order dinner at our table. Silks had a buffet, but for about 1/3 of its buffet price, you can order a burger, a salad with salmon, or a really big sandwich with fries or fruit and it is more than enough for even the hungriest.“

“This establishment is such a vibe!! The ambiance, the FOOD is on point and I can say the service is exceptional!! Our server was Brittany and she was the epitome of a server!! Attentive, friendly, thoughtful, accommodating and cute as a button!! She was the cherry on top!! Everyone was very friendly and polite!! I will be back!!!“

“We were stuck in dalls due a missed flight and decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary here last night and it did not disappoint. Our server Andrea was amazing and really made us feel special, with her conversations, recommendations and the personalized photo and dessert. All the staff was great and so was the ambiance.
