My 1st time ever coming to a firehouse subs across the street from the Irving mall... for 1 person answering the phone to take orders and make them she did an awesome job... i got the hook and ladder sub it was freakin delicious.... i will be going back to this location again.... thank u Brittany, great job on our sandwiches.... 4.27.2020

Nobody's interested in customer service. I've been waiting over 10 minutes watching one lady make a thousand sandwiches while 4 other employees bag pickles, wipe down tables, and put lids in cups that you sit in front of the register for people to breath into. This place needs a manager.
