The place smelled so good that I bought one of their signature candles before I left 😅 I took an entree of Pork Ribs and Mac home and it was P H E N O M E N A L! …even after the Lyft ride back to my hotel. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Jack B. Siegrist at Williams Square Dental, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was warm and welcoming, creating a comforting atmosphere. Dr. Siegrist himself was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, which really put me at ease.
What stood out most was his gentle approach and attention to detail. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. He made sure to answer all my questions and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process.

“As a frequent business traveler, I've experienced a wide range of hospitality standards. I rarely feel compelled to single out a hotel experience, however, my recent stay at the NYLO in Dallas was exceptional.
From the moment I checked in, Fatima at the front desk provided a warm and efficient welcome. The housekeeping staff consistently maintained a high level of cleanliness and attentiveness, ensuring my room was always well-stocked and comfortable.
The fun part: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the service at the Loft bar. Evan and Darien demonstrated a level of professionalism and genuine hospitality that significantly enhanced my experience. Their attentiveness and engaging demeanor created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
The NYLO's location, in the suburban Dallas area with convenient interstate access, makes it an ideal choice for business travelers. The consistent quality of service across all departments is a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.

“First time ever here and all we can say is, Why is this not open in the Houston area?!?!! (Cypress please!). We were in town for a concert and just happened to find CAPT when looking to make a reservation. Soooooooo glad I found it. All four of us fell in love. The Pig Pizza was amazing! The crust was absolutely perfect, may be the best pizza we've ever had. Our friends had the Veggie on Cauliflower crust and said it was terrific...but after trying our Pig pizza, they also agreed the crust was amazing and prob the best they've had. The HH Old Fashioned was delicious! It wad a perfect balance of sweet, sour, bourbon. The artisan tonic water they used in the voda-tonic made all the difference apparently cause it was just soo smooth and tasty. Everything we had was fantastic. And not to be left out, the service was outstanding. From hostess stand to waiter to bartenders, top notch. Pleeeeeeease open one in Cypress! This is a must have,, anytime we are up in the Las Colinas area from now on.“
