She was good with the service made it quick and easy with the menu definitely a keeper. Food was made so fast j order 40 plus wings took em like 5 to 8 min tops definitely going back“

“This was my first time at this location. I made the order online for 20 boneless wings with 4 different sauces. The only thing that did not like was that there was no consistency in the size of the boneless wings, some were decent sizes, and others were small nuggets that should not have been placed in to order, or they should have been in the order as extras and not count toward the 20 piece. But overall, the food was good, it was hot and it was fast. The staff personnel was OK at best. I didn't get acknowledged until a minute or two after entering the store. Even though they were in the back, they saw me and should have at least said "hello or I'll be right with you." They just looked kept doing what they were doing and came up when they came up.“

“I was nervous to visit this location due to the reviews; I have it a try and had a positive experience. The person at the register was approachable and eased my concerns about customer service and a good experience. The location was clean and the kitchen seemed focused on cooking more than socializing; great. Maybe the experience is based on time of day and week.“

“I ordered a delivery order from the website around 10:45p & the carrier STOLE my order and cancelled it. I was in distraught and not to mention was at work and planned to eat on my break. I ended up coming in to the store and told them what happened with proof. The lady at the front (Kayla) and the manager (Rachel) were so helpful in helping me resolve my issue. Customer service was a waste but they remade my order & everything tasted so good! It didn’t take long and everything was fresh and tasty! I appreciate their enthusiasm, especially with it being a hour to their closing. Thank you so much 🫶🏾“

Parking: Well, since it is a Shopin Center in that area, there are many parking lots for the different stores, there is the big store, there is the party store.

Kid-friendliness: Well, there at the Alitas restaurant it is a bit big, there is more or less space, I could see people eating there very peacefully and enjoying their delicious Wings ??“
