“Good steaks both in how they were cut and grilled. Well worth stopping. They need some sort of dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries. Dinner salads were fresh and well made. Mac and cheese was really good according to my Mac and cheese connoisseur . Tea was brewed and good both sweet and unsweetened. Good server and worth the money. We'll definitely make a trip here again.“
“We were on a *long* road trip, and looking for somewhere to eat. We past through many towns looking for somewhere friendly and authentic looking, and stumbled across the Village Kitchen. The staff were really kind and helpful, recognising that we were from our of town helped us with all sorts of questions and queries. Our server even bought us an English Muffin so we could comment on its authenticity!Food was really good, and great value, and coffee refills are always welcome on a 5 hour drive. We had a great chat with many of the staff, and really enjoyed our stop off.One day we may be passing by again, and if so, we will certainly stop again!“
