“Christophe has clearly been a chef for some time in some really hip places as the photos on his trailer show. Texas got lucky that Covid brought him out for opportunities. I’m a 1st timer, ordered the Burgonese and the Chicken Pesto Panini. Both were delicious but the Burger was probably in my top 5 ever. Stop by if you’re passing through to a winery in the Johnson City / Fredericksburg/ Hye / Blanco area. Worth going a bit out of your way!“

“Red, White or Rose… you can’t go wrong with the selection at FHV. This place is a cozy spot to relax and have a glass of wine while you shop. FHV sells more than wine… tshirts, lotions, jams, candles, books, etc. 🍾“

The wine, food and scenery all exquisite but the staff beautifully bring it all together, I can’t say enough good things about Siboney Cellars.. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. “Margaret and Allan are the most accommodating venue owners I’ve met. We’ve visited their location several times over the past two years, and every time it is like walking in to family. They opened their space to us for our private event this weekend and took care of us through everything! I trusted them for everything, and I will 100% be coming back and I 100% encourage everyone to visit their beautiful property. The wine, the hosts, and the scenery are breath taking.“
“We spent a couple of nights in one of the glamping tents at 12 Fires (recommend #5 !). The tent had everything we needed, including a nice shower, mini-fridge and efficient A/C. The owner was very responsive and even gave us a tasting after hours (great wine !). The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was dark enough to sleep late. The nights are very dark, so the stars are quite impressive. We were the only glampers, but #5 is far enough from other tents that we may not have known even if there were others. We had access to the tasting room deck in the evenings which was really nice. Also access to gas grill which made some great burgers to eat with the 12 Fires wine ! Recommend giving this a try. Location is perfect for wine tasting trip.“

“We had fantastic tastings here. All wines were excellent, as Dusty guided us through pretty much the entire range. His knowledge about wine was very extensive, which was exactly what a bunch of wine nerds like ourselves were looking for. Absolutely recommend this place if you're in the neighborhood. I doubt you'll find better.“
“We drove past the castle and had to stop by. Out of the three wineries we tried that day this one was truly our favorite. Nick was great, very knowledgeable and the nicest. We will most definitely make this our go to next time we’re in town.“

“We hosted our daughter’s rehearsal dinner here last weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, exactly what we wanted for a family gathering. We had about 50 people, and Justin and his team took incredible care of us — truly outstanding service. I make a point to visit every time I’m in town, and this place never disappoints. Plus, they serve the best margarita I’ve ever had! We are from Dallas with lots of options so that is saying a lot.“

“I held my 80th birthday party here & I have to say - outstanding on all levels. Every guest commented on the event as being the best & they thoroughly enjoyed themselves every minute. Compliments to the chef & serving staff as it was so good there was not one complaint. A big thank you to Pecan Street Brewing for making my 80th so special.“
