“I and my wife have had 2 meals at this restaurant. Not only was service good and quick the food was delicious. I do not usually think Austin food is worth remembering, but I hope this small restaurant gets the support it deserves. Breakfast is my favorite meal and burgers are the tip of the iceberg. Our sides were unique and on point. We definitely will return.“

“In town for the weekend and before heading back to Houston, we stopped in for some breakfast. I'm so glad we did. The restaurant was clean, they have plenty of parking and they are reasonably priced. Everything is locally sourced. The service and food were all spectacular. Our waiter Christain was very accommodating to our large party and gave excellent recommendations. He was very attentive and made the dining experience a pleasurable one. My friend and I split the breakfast sandwich and the chicken and biscuits. The biscuits were fluffy, and the chicken was fried to perfection and seasoned very well. The bun on the breakfast sandwich was toasted warm and super soft. Not pictured, but the silver dollar pancakes are sweet and fluffy and don't need syrup. For only $4 add them to your meal you won't be mad. Drinks Sangria margarita 10/10 Black cherry margarita 10/10 Both were delicious and strong. I'll be sure to stop back when I'm in town. My suggestions are to make reservations or get on the wait list“

“Very nice staff, generous portions, fair prices, hot and freshly prepared. We had the pulled pork sandwich which was tender and with good flavor, just a little greasy. The BLT was excellent and the leftovers reheated well in a skillet at home. The Mac n cheese with jalapeños was delicious and yet another item to take home. “First time here. It’s an awesome place. There is a charge for daily admission for your dogs. It’s 12.95. However, today was free with a promo code woof. So check out their free days and promo codes. The park is very large. It has a waterpark And a very large area for dogs to run and play. There’s also a small area for small dog play. There is food for humans and the dogs and for the whole family. Check it out. It’s a great place with a great atmosphere. They have several nice lawn chairs and a big screen TV and stage. They also have 3 dog wash stations on your way out. Very nice. Very impressed.“

“Yesterday, Sat. May 20,2023 we celebrated my wife Nicki turning 70. The level of customer service was outstanding. We had 70 people on the patio. The buffet style food set up, drink station, desert table was fantastic and efficient. All the food was excellent. They had a microphone available for us to use when talking to the whole group. Many favorable comments from our guests. Special shout out to Shelby, the cake lady!! The cake and cupcakes were super and were set up in attractive display. Britany was our head server. She and her staff worked hard and efficiently, catering to our guests requests/needs. I would highly recommend the Lighthouse to anyone for occasions like this. During the planning for the party I had many questions/requests. They were all met with "sure you can do that" or "we can do that". Robin and Samantha made their experience and expertise readily available to me at all times. It was a great help and much appreciated. The "happy birthday Nicki" display atop the lighthouse visible from the parking lot was a really cool. Robin and Samantha and their entire staff made this the special occasion that I wanted it to be. I am glad I chose the Lighthouse for this special occasion.“

“I love this place. The Rueben sandwich is one of the best in town. The place is nearly empty most lunches post Covid, but I am sure it will get back to pre Covid capacity soon. Keep up the great food and service and the atmosphere will return.“

“Capt Pete's is a boathouse restaurant at Point Venture on Lake Travis. They have a fairly large indoor and outdoor seating area and are open from 11am to 10pm daily. Menu is that of a typical casual restaurant with signature fried catfish and shrimp baskets, burgers, nachos and other American classics. Had lunch here recently and found their fried catfish to be decent. It was a really thin fillet like a schnitzel but it tasted ok. Fries served were heavily seasoned and tasted fine as well. Service was friendly and timely. Enjoyed feeding the giant catfish and carp beside Capt Pete's as much as eating lunch here. That was fun!“

The flavor is there but lacks in presentation and limited ingredients. The atmosphere and service are top notch. “My wife and I routinely drive from Bastrop to Lakeway, 50 minutes each direction, just to dine at the Sundancer Grille. We LOVE their food and the fantastic lake atmosphere. Every table in the indoor dining room offers magnificent views of the lake and nearby marina as most walls are full windows. There's rarely a long wait and the staff is always friendly. If they have the ingredients, they'll even cook up something special for you that's not on the menu. Great place and we're picky!“

“My fiancée told me that he knew of a secret spot and he is right cause when we first pulled in I thought it was like a convenience store but I read the letters by the sealing and knew that it was a restaurant when we walked in there was a young lady at the register that gave us a warm welcome they have menus by the cash register in a lil slot thing and everything on the menu looked good but I got the Lee burger with curly fries and my fiancée also got the Lee burger with onion rings we sat in a booth it was pretty comfortable and a lil chilly in there I included pictures of the room where we sat in and in the other room where the cash register is there is only table tops well we waited about 20min for our food and this nice gentleman brought us our food and some ketchup and Tabasco everything was sooo good I ate all my fries and burger and I had the last bite of my fiancée’s burger that’s how good the food was I can’t wait to go back again and try more stuff on the menu Thank you!! “Food was good. But music was SOOOOOO loud. Made the meal not enjoyable for my husband. We asked if there was any way to turn down just a smidge (because we knew it was Friday night). Our waitress, Laura S. was really working hard & did a great job! Chimichanga, with fajita chicken & Suiza sauce, was good . Chicken fajitas were good also. Like the beans & chips! If we go back (it is a little far from our house), it will be on a weeknight, so it won't be so loud.“

Called ahead to be sure as they close their kitchen at 9 and they said come on in. It was a nice night to sit outside and enjoyed the outdoor lights. Nice draft selection of unique beers. Menu had so many good options and very affordable. My son loved the wings, burgers were so good! Chicken sand, chicken cesear salad and catfish sand were enjoyed by all. Good ranch too! For 5 with drinks and meals around $80. Definitely recommend.“

“I am a 56 year old native Texan and JJ’s hamburgers are AMAZING !Simple old fashioned burgers that are perfect every single time. The french fries are too. Always fresh & hot, never greasy, don’t smell or taste of other food, crisp on the outside & soft on the inside - absolutely incredible! The chopped BBQ sandwiches are great, the fully loaded baked potatoes are big enough for two people & fantastic and the breakfast tacos (should be called burritos) are awesome.Colton is the BEST !! He answers the phone, puts in orders and even fills orders. The busiest day of ... EVER (total eclipse) he answered the phone (after busy signal for 30 minutes) and was as calm & friendly as ever. He always gets our order right, he’s always patient even though I can hear chaos in the background, he speaks clearly & slowly and remembers me even though we only order twice a month.“

“I typically go to the Burnett location bc they rock on everything and it took a while for this location to get up to speed on making the food and most importantly the pies just as good. I can now say they make the food and pies just as good as the Burnett location!! The service has always been outstanding, and this location is still kind of a hidden gem, it doesn't get crazy crowded like it should but I'm ok with that. Lately I've been getting the OG chicken sandwich, Dang Hot style and it hits the spot for me, big piece of chicken with perfect amount of spice on the chicken. Any heat below Dang Hot is just a dry rub, which doesn't do anything for me bc throwing dry spices on fried chicken is no fun. I would compare Dang Hot to prolly serano chili spice level. The slaw I got on it could prolly be a little less wet next time. Had i gotten it to go, my sandwich would have been a soggy mess. Still my last 2 visits were great, loved the service and the food. The chocolate toffee pecan pie is the bomb here now, tastes like heaven, you gotta try it even if you don't like pecan pie, this is something else. Prices are pretty good, plenty of options under $20. Give this place a try, totally worth it in my book!“

“Ate brunch with two others, wait time was about 40 minutes. You can download the app and set your place in line before you get there. Server was very polite and efficient. food was excellent. We have been to First Watch and have never had a bad experience. I will say though, The dining area is very loud, like they could put spray foam on the ceiling or something to help dampen the noise level, but, we still enjoyed our food and service today, and we'll be back again.“
