“Alex is amazing. He was the only one working a busy Thursday lunch shift with a long line. I watched him keep a smile on his face while dealing with a difficult customer in front of me that was just being rude for no reason. He didn't break a sweat although he was making sandwich after sandwich and paying people out again all by himself. Not to mention, one of the best looking and best put together subs ive had in awhile. I do feel like when people are busy they just throw it together but he moved quickly while staying neat and organized. Great job Alex!! Keep up the positive attitude and keep smiling!“

The sandwich was toasty, crunchy, and balanced to perfection—every ingredient tasted fresh and just right, with nothing overpowering or missing. “It's a fast-paced place, but I didn't feel rushed. They listened to what I wanted on my sandwich. They were fine with my request to cut it in half and wrap it individually. The employees didn't miss a beat they were still ahead of the orders. It was fast, but isn't that what we want on the go: fresh, good taste, and fast!“

“Great place to get sandwiches—definitely better than Subway or Jimmy John’s. The food is always fresh, and the customer service is usually excellent. I was disappointed to see a manager I had previously encountered at another location near Irving. During an interaction last weekend, he came across as rude and disrespectful, and unfortunately he seemed to have the same attitude I remembered from before. Aside from that, the rest of the staff provided amazing customer service, and the overall experience was great. I would just encourage the company to be mindful of who represents the business, as one negative interaction can leave a lasting impression and affect an otherwise excellent customer experience.“

“It is great news to see Blimpie back! This location is still under construction (9/11/2026). I am not sure why the other guy gave them 1 star, as they are not open for business. 🙄
I would give them a couple of weeks and then they should be open.
I swung by this location to see the hours of operation and met a couple who said they hadn't seen a Blimpie since they left Jersey! I am not the only one who can't wait for a Blimpie Best, double meat & double cheese, & no onions!“
