There was an issue with my online order going through, but the staff was understanding and accommodating - they got my order in & out very quickly! The bulgogi fries were spectacular and the chicken marinades (especially yangnyeom) were really tasty so we'll be returning ?
VERY underwhelmed! I was so excited to try the “one of a kind” crunch that comes with Korean fried chicken that i made a 45 min trip to come here. Although the chicken was juicy and seasoned well, it wasn't crunchy in the least! Neither was my side order of seasoned fries. I did order carryout, but i tried the food in my car before leaving and no crunch … very disappointing.

This is the fourth time I ordered lunch for myself and my manager. We always get the same thing. Never has it been an issue to get the 3 sliders dish with two chicken and one bulgogi (roast beef) . BUT TODAY CLOE SAYS THEY CANNOT DO THAT. Fortunately I am ordering two of the same dish so I am able to switch one of the chicken for one of my roast beef. So ...I didn't walk out.
