We happen to come in the day after their grand opening, which we had no idea. The customer service was phenomenal and so was the food probably some of the best hot pot we’ve had in Houston.
The best hot pot I’ve experienced! The brisket and rib eye were amazing. They have lots of options and it’s super clean. Mostly their staff is the best! Make sure you to say hi to Joey and Geno they were awesome and will take care of you! Highly recommend it!
We had a wonderful experience at ChoCho Hot Pot in Katy, and a big reason was our server, Gino. From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. He took the time to explain the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive.
