What is with the 2 % Restaurant fee? Not a bright idea. Looks like a money grab!
If you need to raise the price, change it on the menu. You only find this price increase when the ticket is presented for payment. Nice little surprise and the end of the meal. That is not the way to leave a good lasting memory of your establishment.
Horrible experience at House of Pies in Katy today. I ordered avocado toast. It came with paprika on it. Menu doesn't say anything about paprika. It gives me a migraine. I sent it back. Then it came with a runny egg. I sent it back. I complained to a manager that they should identify the paprika on the menu. I got upset, she told me to stop 'yelling' because people were staring. I said 'tough'. Then 'tough luck'. I left. Husband got his to go.

I would like to comment on one of your waitresses at this location. Her name is Melanie B. I have been waited on a number of times by her. She is always attentive and always has a smile on her face. She is very helpful and is very careful to explain the different choices on the menu. She places my order promptly and delivers in a quick and pleasent manner.
