“I have been going here for years before kpop got popular, and before all the spots opened up in Katy Asian Town. I always miss and come back to this place because the owners are sweet, and they would remember me asking why it's been so long since I have visited them. I always crave the light and refreshing naengmyeon here. I also got the nakji bokkeum and kimchi bokkeumbap to bring home. Love this place“

“Favorite ice cream place. I ordered cookies and cream soft serve that was covered in Oreo dust and topped with a macaron. The fish-shaped cone was a yummy warm waffle with an inside coated in Nutella. There are more exotic flavors like Ube and Matcha, and some flavors are rotated in and out, but the cookies and cream flavor is a delicious staple of Somisomi.“

“My favorite food stall inside H-mart Korean supermarket in Katy. The fried squid on the stick is so delicious. My son ordered the bulgoki with rice and the flavor is good, they packed lots of meat and it was decently priced at $12.00. Definitely would return. And the lady cashier is so friendly!!“

“When I tell you this establishment has some of the best tasting Korean chicken in America, I mean it. This place never fails to have the crispiest, and most flavorful chicken and it is addicting!! Their spicy galbi wings and kimchi fried rice are always my go-to as a frequent customer, and it is always filling and delicious. Great and quick service and overall great quality!“

“When people ask me what is my favorite food, I say the spicy pork stir fry (with a side of calamari) from Yori Yori! 🙌🏽 this place never fails! The stir fry always comes out hot, right off the stove, and the calamari is always hot and crispy.“

“Their corn dogs are always so good. The service could definitely use some work. The employees always seem unenthused to be there and why do they all talk so quiet? lol literally every time I’ve been in there the cashiers are like mumbling quietly. I just have to guess what they’re saying! There’s nowhere to sit unless you don’t mind an outdoor bench which doesn’t bother me at all but something to keep in mind when visiting. I’ve been here 3-4 times and plan on coming back.“

“This place was really nice. The furniture and the decor were visually appealing. The group I ate here with were all dressed up nice for a special occasion, so they gave us aprons which was really nice. Our server was also really nice and a lot of fun to talk to. The food was amazing!! They provided many side dishes such as kimchi, radish, and a platter to make lettuce wraps.“

“Me and my brothers always loved coming here. We'd get the spicy/sweet chicken wings and waffle fries. The employees were super kind to us and even offered us drinks whenever we would wait for our food. Was very sad to see the lock-out notice on their door when we tried coming today. Although we did notice a lack of business, we weren't expecting them to close given the quality of food.

- It appears that we were just closed for the weekend and are back in business as mentioned by the owner below! Will definitely be going back again to take up on their offer!“

“The owners are so welcoming and since our first visit they remember us everytime we come in. The food is always delicious, we have never had anything that wasn't great. Love this restaurant! A must try in Katy / Energy Corridor Korean fried chicken, garlic shrimp, marinated galbi, grilled zucchini. And the very best is the chocolate concord cake!!!“
