I dont work in food came in for a door dash order pick up and the store was CRAZYYY busy. They got like 9 orders at one time and she did nothing but stay calm and focused on getting order out right and hot! “I just want to share a heartfelt testimony. I've been navigating a challenging season in my personal life, having recently stepped away from a job I held for 18 years. Today was particularly tough, as I struggled to access basic necessities like food due to financial constraints. My blood sugar was running low, but then something remarkable happened. A friend I've connected with on TikTok, whom I've known for five years, reached out to check in on me. She sent me some financial support, which was a game-changer. I was then able to purchase food from Panda Express, thanks to the kindness of a young man who sold me some food despite the location being closed. His generosity was a beautiful reminder of the goodness in the world. I'm deeply grateful for this experience, which has reminded me of the power of faith and community. I'm so thankful for this blessing, which has lifted my spirits and given me hope for tomorrow. I was able to get some food that I’ve never had before which was very delicious and some extra food for tomorrow so I can rest my heavy heart about that part. “We order from this Panda Express location about once a month for our staff's Friday lunch (usually for around 50 people), and they consistently knock it out of the park. The food is always super fresh, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly and organized — you can tell they care about getting it right.
The first time we ordered, there was a small mix-up with the chow mein not making it into the order. The General Manager, Leandro, personally reached out to make it right and even gave me his contact info for future orders. He’s been incredibly kind, responsive, and professional ever since, and you can tell he takes pride in his team and their service.
This past Friday, they triple-checked everything before I left — and sure enough, the order was 100% accurate. Really appreciate how much care they put into big orders like ours.
