“This place is a gem! Can't understand why more folks haven't found it already. We've tried several different items on the menu and all have been excellent! Service is very attentive. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous to say the least. Their salsa is the best. Bar is well stocked. Won't disappoint that's for sure.“

“Great food, great service and a very clean space! The service was really great and the manager, Frankie, really takes pride in making this restaurant a part of the community. “Fajita Pete’s is our go to place whenever my family craves for Fajitas. It is a Togo only place and the quality of tacos, meat, caramelized onions, and every ingredient is of top quality. The meat is so juicy and cooked perfectly. We also got catering from FP’s for our new year party this year and finally if we are eating Fajitas it has to be Fajita Pete’s.“

Boy, can this guy cook! 3 of my dining friends had Sour Cream Enchiladas. The portions were most ample so there was take home, but they all raved about the flavor and freshness of the dish.
I have been on a Chile Relleno in Katy quest since Chuy’s quite offering their crispy Rellenos. I should have had them tonight, but instead opted for the beef fajita Queso Flameado’s. A HUGE portion of bubbling cheese and onion interspersed with lots of Fajita meat. This dish is unbelievably delicious!
Yes, I know I should have taken pictures, but we all devoured the meal.
El Asador also has a large party room that held 35 tonight.
If you haven’t been, you owe it to your “Love of Latin” food to stop in at El Asador. Tell Pablo, who is ALWAYS there, Great Day from me!“

“*** Oct 2024 update... this location is still great. It's better than most of the other Torchy's I have gone to. Good food, nice servers, clean bathrooms (but needs some handy work to be done in a few places like the bathrooms (e.g.; touchup painting, minor repairs). I didn't notice a manager on duty but was focused on the tasty food.

Great food and good service. I like the location since you can walk off the calories once you are done.
Parking: It is what you would expect from an area that has many other stores around. The area is great and a bit of a walk can be enjoyable with all the nice surroundings (ponds, trees, bridges, other shopping stores, etc.)
Wheelchair accessibility: They need to work a little on opening up the area to allow passage between tables in the back of the restaurant next to the bar. The front is better, though, for wheelchairs.“

“Vegetarians beware!We Stopped at the Katy Location for dinner. The atmosphere was great and the server even better. We had Table side guacamole which was excellent.We ordered enchiladas and requested extra vegetables and less cheese. The kitchen made Cheese enchiladas with hardly any vegetables.The server tried to get the kitchen to remake it..the second enchilada came out fast and had all the vegetables we requested. The enchilada was Stone Cold The kitchen failed again.Thanks for trying perhaps this restaurant isn't a good choice for vegetarians. Others like Lupe's, Spanish Flowers and Ambrizo have a vegetarian menu.Quote disappointed since we work close to this location. Will try it again one more time.

“Nice spot!! The food was fresh and hot a tasted amazing. The presentation of the food was beautiful. The breakfast tacos are big and fully stuffed. I could only eat one. I bought them for my job and Laredo was the only place open at 5am since I have to be at wirk at 6am. So ths was a win win for me. Thank you Laredo I will be back. I forgot to take pictures but I’m going back so I’ll take some next time.“
