“This was my first time visiting the Dairy Queen in Kemp, TX and I was very impressed by the professionalism of the employees. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the caramel moo-latte. I give it a *chef's kiss*“

“I will start by saying this Subway is close to my house and I have not had a problem there until today and it was remedied right way.

I was pleasantly surprised with the owner of this Subway Restaurant and his willingness to refund my money when I had a resent mishap at his Restaurant.

I grabbed the wrong order (it was an online order and the only one on the shelf when I picked it up, I admitted fault to him that I should have noticed name on it, but was in a hurry to get back to work on my lunch and didn't).

When I sent a complaint on the website asking for a refund, he emailed me back personally and I had my refund within hours!

This is what service should look like and I was very pleased and impressed.

When I have gotten food from this establishment before, it has always been great and they have friendly employees and prompt service!

I'm not giving a bad review because they fixed the problem, however, I do not appreciate being treated like I was at fault when it was an oversight on the part of an employee of this company. “For fast food restaurants, this was a very welcome surprise. We went inside at about 1:30 today. The cashier was cleaning when we walked in and immediately stopped and welcomed us to serve us. We ordered and went to get our drinks. The iced tea was very freshly brewed (still warm) and my mom commented how clean the place was. When the food was ready, it was delicious and moist. Just want to say great job to the Gun Barrel City staff working today.“

“My family and I eat here every time we fly in from Washington state. We get out of the Dallas madness and settle in at this particular Whataburger. We have a wonderful meal before we head to Nacogdoches always a great time!!“

“I dont live in town, but Ive been here few times. They are always very nice and the food is good. I went today and order some food for just me and my wife. My order came out wrong. When i told them they were very nice, and very fast about correcting the order. They definitely have my business.“

“Y'all really saved the day. Wife ordered pizza for girls soccer team in Ennis from an inferior competitor Little Caesars. Ordered and paid for food at 5pm. 7 still no pizza. Walked in to your location 7:28 walked out with 10 hot fresh made correct pizzas by 7:42 on my way to meet team in Ennis. Way to go guys. Moral of the story of you want to feel like your business is appreciated go somewhere that appreciates your business. Thanks y'all really pulled it out of the fire for me.“

“The manager at night is always on point. I don't know how day shift is but definitely good people here all around. It's not like your usual taco bell and they don't mind you pulling around to check your order to see if it's all correct but there won't be a need to go inside to correct your order because it's always correct the way you want it. ?“

“The food is not bad I like being able to choose more than what they offer for what they do offer it's actually pretty well done

Parking: Finding the parking spot is really hard to find you have to go behind Denny's and go around the back area but there's plenty of spots to park

Kid-friendliness: I have seen other kids in there and they seem to be very nice to my kids they do speak very nice to any patron that is in there

Wheelchair accessibility: As far as I can tell you should be able to get a wheelchair and there are handicap spaces outside and inside so you should be okay to get in“

The bagels were perfectly toasted, with a crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior. The flavors were spot on, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. “This Taco Bell store is the best I have been to it is on point the food the atmosphere and the friendliness of employees. Particularly Kaylarae the cashier from the drive thru she helped me setup my Google wallet haha appreciate your helps and patience she's very mature and should be given a raise into leadership and she is obviously a natural born manager! “Service was great. Went here to get my children some food. I wonder if I will always be obstructed. It was my mom Donna who went in. It was Angela Michelle Vaughan. I just hope one day I can tell my story. Can I add my photo. I added a second cause Brookshires in mabank and here and other places obstructs my photos. I just want to get on my feet.
