“Absolutely amazing customer service. During the 2026 freeze, my truck had gotten stuck on the iced over slope in front of this location. Without question, the staff came out to help get me unstuck. On top of that, the food was great. I’m incredibly thankful for hospitality, please give this location some business, they deserve it👍🏼👍🏼“

Spoke with Ivan over the phone at this location, who was able to correct this issue and make it right. I do appreciate him going out of his way to fix this. I will be returning as I enjoy the food.

App experience is still bad though.

My wife placed an online order on the 16th of February. I arrived to pick up the food and was told they didn't have 90% of the items we ordered, available.

When I asked if they could cancel the order, I was told no and that I'd have to go through the app.

My wife and I followed the proper procedures and submitted a ticket. Popeyes then decided that the issue was resolved.

We have NOT been given our points back nor have we been refunded any $ that was spent on this order.

Whenever we try to contact customer service, it directs us to the app, which isn't helpful.

1 star review since I've attempted to contact this store directly to see if they can assist in anyway. No one ever bothers to answer the phone.

My wife and I will likely not be returning to any Popeyes location in the future or at least won't be placing any online orders, since they've gotten our money but failed to provide any of the products we paid for.“

“This location has been 90% or + EVERY time we've gone here. Foods is exactly how U order it! Service is extremely polite and prompt! Atmosphere is nice, easy going. CLEAN!! This location is our go to, even if it is a drive. We go every 2 weeks. Enjoyable“

“I had a great experience here at this new Popeyes in Kennedale. I was at the car wash next door and I went in to use the restroom. It was clean. So I sat down and had a meal and left. The door wasn’t locked. I think they lock it because too many people come by for the restroom since the car wash doesn’t have one. Other than that, it was cool and the chicken was good.“
