I came to this Starbucks location for the first time and absolutely loved the service I received. Jailan was amazing! I had bought a drink at another location that I didn’t like, and he kindly helped me by preparing a different one based on a TikTok video I was watching. It turned out more than delicious!

He attended me with so much care, love, and professionalism. I truly felt special . something I had never experienced before at a Starbucks. I give him a 10 out of 10 (or even 1000 out of 10!). I’m beyond grateful. Thank you, Jailan! I will definitely be coming back 😊☕️“

“I've been wanting to come in and try their Kona coffee. On the suggestion of my friend I decided to do the 100% Kona that they French pressed. While I was waiting, Trystyn give me a sample of the brewed 10% Kona! I think I actually like that one better! I'm trying to learn to drink black coffee in the morning and this coffee was very tasty! Parking: I went on a Saturday afternoon through the drive thru, but it looked to have plenty of available parking.“

“I give this location a 5 because of service. I’ve been going to the Duckin’ franchise for years now and I know fast food chains, some restaurants and whatnot aren’t perfect. They mess up on orders every now and then…but so far, Dunkin’ only messed up my order twice. I would go in or call customer service and they never hesitate to fix it and sometimes will go over and beyond to make sure they fulfill my needs. I can’t speak for all locations but this location, staff is professional and efficient. They keep the area clean. If you haven’t been to Dunkin’, then you’re missing out, especially if you love coffee like me. I love Dunkin’ and one of my fav items is a seasonal drink during Halloween, the iced coffee/latte with ube. But I love a lot their classics and I like to mix it up. Their iced coffee in my opinion is by far the best but to each their own. Till then, let’s sit!“

“We have not been in a Starbucks for a while, but had been to this location in the past. We had some time before meeting for an appointment, so we decided to stop. We were warmly greeted, we were able to get the chocolate chip cookies, plus something to drink, and there were plenty of chairs to sit in. My only wish would have been having the coffee table clean as there were crumbs along with what looked like nut pieces on the table. There is a severe nut allergy, so we had to be hyper vigilant to only put items on there if they were not actually touching the table. The associates were busy, but maybe they can occasionally check things like that. It is difficult with a tree nut allergy anyway, because people who don't have allergies don't think about those who do oftentimes. We chose to stay, with 2 Epi pens on hand, while we waited in the cool store versus the hot car for our meeting, that was definitely our choice. We do wish there was more attention to things like allergies, in the training, it would make it a bit less worrisome. Again, service and the overall experience was excellent. and the bathroom we chose was clean, and definitely ADA approved. They get kudos for clean bathrooms, as many Starbucks we have gone to have been disasters, this one was very clean. One of us needs a little help these days when using the facilities, and it's so nice when you don't have to have trouble already, plus navigate a disgusting bathroom on top of everything else. The bathroom was big enough for a person with an assistant, who is in a wheelchair, or other assistance aids, to navigate. The toilet paper, soap, and paper towels were stocked, again, not something you can take for granted. We would have no qualms about going back to this Starbucks. I will probably bring wipes in case there is residue from previous folks eating, but I will not hesitate to ask if the table could be cleaned. If we were spending more time there, I definitely would have. The location is good, although parking is a bit tight at some times in the day. There are placard spaces as well, right up front. There are some tables outside, but it isn't a huge patio. A gentleman had a couple of well behaved dogs on leashes and they seemed to do fine sitting together out front. The coffee is Starbucks, like it or leave it, the passion tea lemonade was good, and the chocolate chip cookies were tasty. We were asked if we wanted them warmed, which we passed on this time, but they are even better warmed up.“
