“My wife and I were searching all over to find a taqueria with barbacoa. We even considered driving 20 miles. Little did we know, right in our backyard, is Pollo Regio. It was clean, the staff friendly, ave some of the best barbacoa tacos I have ever had. Took me back to Sunday mornings as a kid. We will definitely be returning here!“

Both the gas station and restaurant are newer and ran with pride and it shows every visit ! We used to stop here several times a week when I would take my son to school. We have had pretty much everything on the menu and it is always so good! Everything is made fresh and from scratch. Plenty of seating if you want to dine in. “For our first time eating at this establishment, we were rather impressed. We happened to be the only ones there, but it was a Wednesday night and close to 830. We had the chicken tortilla soup, beef fajitas and a fajita quesadilla. Everything had a great flavor, was freshly made and the prices were fair. Our server was a pleasure to speak with and gave us plenty of time to mull over the menu. The only “fuss” we have is that there was an odd smell (old dish water??) when we walked in and the fajitas were tough, but only due to the fact they were cut incorrectly, making them “stringy”. Oh, and my husband would have liked a couple of more tortillas to go with his fajitas. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves and had a great experience. We will be back for sure!“

Anytime I get a bowl I always leave full and satisfied. I paid a decent price, for a great meal. They aren’t shy on your portions either, you can also easily get double, or even triple steak, without it quadrupling the cost.“
