It's not often we encounter a friendly, genuinely happy food service worker during our days on the road. Today we totally did and the employee there, Matthew, deserves all the kudos for his super kind and positive attitude. “I had the Big Jon from Gebbys BBQ today. It was a chopped brisket with sausage sandwich. You guys! I bit into it and tasted all the flavors of the spices and the crunch of the pickles 🥒 and.....man it was delicious 👌🏼! The chopped brisket was juicy, tender and piled on high. It was ❤️ at first bite! Chris and his team know how BBQ is supposed to be done 😍“
