“It was incredibly cold. Everyone was freezing and partially wet from the rain! and asking to have air turned up. To no prevail. The air never stopped blowing the ENTIRE time we were there. Over an hr total. Made for a miserable dinner. Food was hot but it took much longer than usual. Server apologized for the long wait. But since the air was blowing so cold nonstop the food too didn't say warm long. Not sure what the issue was with turning the air up 1 degree to get it to satisfy and stop blowing for any amount of time. Would have been appreciated.“

“I have been coming to this Pho spot for lunch breaks for some time now, and I have to say that this is my GO TO Vietnamese food place. Excellent and friendly service, tasty and well-priced food, and such a great time every time I come!

I personally recommend coming during lunch 11AM-3PM for their lunch deals. The price is hard to beat!“

“Brought my wife young boy and infant in for a family dinner, first time eating out at an actual restaurant as a family since the new one arrived. Front of house seemed a little off and we did get skipped to be seated once or twice, but once seated the wait staff was quite accommodating and very polite. Food was good, wife has her favorite meal there and said it was quite good. Service was a little slower than expected but not by much. I did get a side of asparagus and perhaps I ordered it wrong but it came out quite bland and with a flavor as if it had just been microwaved. Stems were also improperly removed on about half of them.
Overall though definitely a great experience!“

She made sure my cup was never empty, frequently checked to see if we needed anything and was very knowledgeable about the meals and drinks available. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I tried the large fried shrimp, fried scallops, fried squid, hushpuppies and fries. They were ALL delicious!

I was really surprised at how good their crinkle fries were! Their corn/Jalapeno hushpuppies had a great flavor as well.

“We came in late after graduation around 10 PM, with closing time at 11 PM, and the staff still welcomed us with such kindness and professionalism. Our waiter was incredibly patient, attentive, and provided excellent service without ever making us feel rushed. “I went to the Salata in Charlotte bc in Columbia,SC we don’t have one. The workers were so friendly and helpful. My salad was so nicely made and all the ingredients were fresh. They give you plenty for your money. I took my food all the way back home to Columbia,SC to eat and I enjoyed every bite. I did add so more of my mixed cheese bc I just love cheese. I hope they bring one to Columbia SC and bring Charlotte Workers bc SC workers would mess their business up.“

“I never write reviews but this Salata location goes above and beyond every single time to perfect my order—and they never fail. The staff is consistent, attentive, fully bilingual, and clearly cares about getting everything just right. I’ve tried other Salata locations, including Kingwood, and honestly… it’s not even close. I’ll happily drive further just to come to this one. I’ve even been out of the city (Louisiana, etc.), and it’s still not the same. This location sets the standard. Hands down my favorite Salata. Management should be proud of their employees :)“
