“Stopped there last year on my way to see my sister in New Braunfels and got me some pancakes, they put some extra silverware in the bag and it was two sets of pancakes where I ate one in the car and one at my sister’s house before I went to church that Sunday in New Braunfels and I know that Saturday was busy when I came in there. “We ate at Waco Waffle today. They had a lot of business but still got everyone in and with their food in an impressively timely manner. We actually had a small medical issue with our son and the owner was so helpful, wise, and kind. The food was really good but the people there are even better. 5 stars all the way. Thank you. “Love the freaky Friday cake; but the service sucks! If kids don’t want to work then they don’t need to because all they do is make the experience suck! Went in and got waited on by a tall skinny curly hair kid, I didn’t get his name but he was African American, he has an attitude the whole time, no friendliness at all and all I got was a 4 pack and he had no rush to make my order and I was the only one in there. Kids just gotta do better! I was there on tuesday.”

“The brisket was ridiculously tender, seasoned just right, and you don’t even need sauce (but the sauce is still good). Portions are generous, the sides actually hit(that mac and cheese??). Not cheap, but 100% worth it.”

No we didn’t have a reservation and beyond excited to see they had a single open table. I make it a habit to ask the waiter what they recommend and let them plan my meal. Coby led the journey this evening full of excellent choices. I highly recommend this place for a very romantic dinner of conversation with amazing food and even better staff. We will be back!”

“A friend and I went on Saturday evening and had a great time! I got a flight of red wine and she did white wine. All from Spain or Portugal and very good. We shared some tapas that were delicious! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the wine and food! It’s in a very good location downtown close to the Silos and Dr. Pepper museum. We had no trouble finding parking. We will be back for another girls night!”
