“An older location, the restrooms are in desperate need of an update. The hardware is all rusted, the bottom of the door is broken, but it was clean. Staff was nice, food was made right, and quick.
Tables and chairs were old, but clean.“

“Last night tries to order in drive thru at 9:30 p.m. and was told they were closed yet they had just taken the order from the car in front of me. The website states they close at 10 p.m. not 9:30p.m. 2 other cars had lines up behind me and we were all turned away due to employees who think they get to decide the company's hours of operation.“

“Kudos to the staff at the Lake Worth Chicken Express. We left the drive thru with a mixed up order so we had to return for correct food. I really appreciate the customer service Chris showed, he fixed a new order for us and graciously gave us both to take home. Happy Holidays to the staff.“

“Standard Chick-fil-A experience. If you're accustomed to CFA, you'll not find anything out of place at this location. Staff is friendly and efficient. Food is great. Restaurant is clean and fairly well maintained.
Parking: The parking lot is sometimes a bit tricky to get into when there is a long line. However, when the line is short, you will not likely have any issues.
Kid-friendliness: This location has an indoor play area.“
