“I ordered take-out and had a great experience overall. I placed my order in person, and it took about 25 minutes for it to be ready. The atmosphere inside was a bit dark for my taste, but that's just a personal preference. The menu doesn't include pictures, so I really appreciated the photos others have posted, which helped me decide what to order.
I chose the Jalapeño Tuna Roll and the Spider Roll. Both rolls were excellent in terms of texture and temperature. However, if you're expecting a kick from the jalapeño in the Tuna Roll, it's not very spicy. That said, I still highly recommend both rolls.
The owner was attentive and answered all my questions, which added to the positive experience. The sushi rolls were neatly packed in containers specifically designed for sushi, which was a nice touch. I'll likely return to try more items on the menu.“

“FANTASTIC Staff & Manager! Friday night I took my daughter there for her 24th Birthday. The Manager was so friendly and took care of us! Gave us a wonderful table by the window. He was so attentive to the whole restaurant and was running the very busy place with such professionalism. Highly recommend Blue Sushi for their amazing sushi, but the service was stellar!“

“Went for my sisters birthday with the whole family today. The food was wonderful and the staff was even better! They were very attentive to my older parents and even offered us to pull the car to the side exit when we were done to avoid the steps at the front for them. The chef was incredible and was so great with my young niece! He was extremely interactive and funny and it made for a wonderful family experience. The food was perfect and the wait staff was wonderful as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!“

“Surprisingly good considering the location. I was hesitant on trying this place mainly because it’s not very close to the city, but turns out they have some really good sushi rolls among other things. I’d recommend it if you don’t feel like driving to Fort Worth. I get my orders for takeout, but the restaurant seems okay.“

“Incredible experience. We have been here before with great service and food, but tonight was the best! We celebrated our 5 year old's birthday and from the time we walked in, she felt so special. As always, the food was delicious...but that was only the beginning. From the dancing dragon that came to tell her happy birthday, to the gift of special chopsticks...she felt like a queen. Thank you Takara for helping our little girl feel so special. We will definitely be back.“

“Great restaurant, the food and energy did not disappoint. Our table was great, the service was great and the food was plentiful and yummy. I highly recommend this location for dinner or any occasion. Even the kids' portion was large, which we took home. They even made side noodles for us to take home as requested. The price is the same as you would find at these types of restaurants, which is good when it all goes as well as our experience.“

Small restaurant where you order at the counter. The kitchen where they cook the food is open so you can watch. There aren’t too many tables to sit at. Hibachi is 20-40 bucks a person depending how many meats you want. You pick between soup and salad- you don’t get both with hibachi“

“Hubby and I enjoyed a date night here a few weeks back and now we are trying to figure out when we are have time to get back. The fried rice was the best we have ever had. Sushi was great and my TCU martini was so delicious. Highly recommend to everyone.“

“Overall the food was good. The hibachi cooks do need training on cross contamination. My husband and I both ordered the vegetarian veggies and tofu hibachi. The cook started with the rice, then the chicken, and then the tofu, all cooking at the same time. He used the same utensils and cooked the tofu in the same spot as the chicken. At other hibachi places, they cook the tofu first as to not cross contaminate. It was also freezing cold at our table until the grill was started. It was super cold outside but they had cold air literally blowing at our seats. Just a few notes for improvement.“

“I just popped in here while out shopping just to check it out...and was wildly impressed. They brought out my two rolls with a flower and dry ice little tower just to add to the ambience. Was so cool! And the food was great! Glad I randomly decided to pop in!“
