I've gotten the privilege to live in Japan. Although one thing that haunts my soul is the yearning I have for the food that I left behind when returning home. This place filled my soul with a dinning experience that almost replicates the joys you find in a small little alley deep in the heart of Osaka, or Naha, or Tokyo.
It felt so authentic that when I closed my eyes for a moment I could believe I was back where I do desperately wanted to be.
This place doesn't just serve you food. It transports you back into the feeling of eating in Japan. Which is such a precious experience that is hard to recreate especially in America.
My waitress was wonderful the food left me in tears. I could go on and on about this place. But the bottom line is this place feeds you and your soul. I highly recommend.“

“This is a regular for me during lunch since I work nearby. I always get the same thing, takeout for an Alaskan Lunch Combo, comes out to $16 total with taxes.

The roll in this combo are pretty good size and they give a couple fried items, a single veggie roll and a single gyoza dumping. Comes with a little side salad and another half a California roll. This lunch fills me up every time and good quality sushi.“

Even after we had boxes and were paying the bill, she refilled my drink! Which never happens. We had a chicken katsu, mountain roll, Hawaiian roll, and a Dallas Stars roll and my god they were incredible. The presentation, the amount, THE TASTE. We also had enough left overs for another whole meal. ALL FOR UNDER $100! I will be back time and time again, could not recommend this place more.“

“I love the food! Sean you have an awesome restaurant. A bit disappointed in the servers. Ive been here atleast 5 times now, the second time I came in to eat, only 1 table was seated, I requested a specific table and was told, “no, in case a bigger party comes in.” One didn’t.
My most recent issue is I called in an order for 4 sushi rolls. Order was repeated back to me and I was told to arrive in 20 minutes. I arrived and 3 server/hosts were giggling and watching tv. I was handed only ONE roll when checking out. I asked where the rest were and the server had to ring them in, while I waited 20 more minutes for the remainder of my food. I will certainly be back, but please review the training of the host girls. 💓“

“I tried Zena Sushi for the first time and was seriously impressed! I ordered the Omg, Las Vegas Roll and the Sashimi Bowl—all were absolutely delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh, and everything was beautifully prepared. The flavors were well-balanced, and the portions were generous. “The staff here is extremely friendly. The place was clean the food was decent. I have had better sushi, I ordered the daily bento, but their prices are very reasonable and with how friendly they are it is worth eating here. I came by myself for lunch.

I'm only passing through the area, but if I had the opportunity to come back I would definitely try other options on the menu as I think that might rate even higher.“

“The sushi is about half the price of most sushi places. You’ll be happy you found it. You order at the cashier and pay in advance they will bring your food to the table . They don’t have a traditional waiter . You get your own drink at a self service set up. They don’t expect a tip and That’s really refreshing. However after you go there a couple times you’ll feel like they earned it and will feel like they really deserve it. Overall I think it’s the best sushi in value in Irving.“

“I had a small medical procedure today and a family member giifted us with dinner from Benihaha's in Las Colinas for my family and had it delivered! We enjoyed a family size order of combo chicken and steak with rice, veggies and salads! The food is amazing! Like always it came neatly packaged, still hot, and delicious!
