The server we had was absolutely amazing!! I honestly forgot her name but she had dreads and a black bandana as a mask and let me tell you.... best service and best attitude I have EVER had at a fast food restaurant and I don’t even like bushes (was getting for friends). She is the reason I will come back. Her happiness and energy and attitude is contagious!!!! Love her!!!

Bush's Chicken is known for its great chicken and popular Tuesday chicken strip special. Customers appreciate the fried okra and mashed potatoes with gravy. However, there have been recent issues with order taking and food quality. One customer experienced rushed service and incorrect orders, including a mistake with their drink and missing condiments. Another customer noted that the French fries have been consistently undercooked, cold, and soggy in recent months. Unfortunately, vegetarian options are limited on the menu. Despite these issues, many still enjoy the food offered at Bush's Chicken.
