I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the manager and staff at CiCi's Pizza, located on Pleasant Run Road in Lancaster, Texas, on Saturday, January 11th. I recently hosted a party for my 17-year-old grandson at this location, and we were treated with outstanding courtesy and respect.
Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager, who confirmed that he had spoken with me a week prior regarding the arrangements. We arrived an hour early to set up, and the staff accommodated our needs without hesitation. The service was truly exceptional, and the manager ensured that our group of 14 guests was well taken care of.
A particular highlight of the evening was when the manager arranged for the entire restaurant to sing 'Happy Birthday' to my grandson, a gesture that nearly brought me to tears, as I had not been able to spend time with him in two years.
I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the manager and staff at CiCi's Pizza for their outstanding service and hospitality. It is clear that you employ exceptional staff, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication.

“Bought a new house in Lennar Skyline states in Hutchins Texas and no one delivers so I decided to do carry out with Mr. Jim yesterday. When I got there, my Pizzas , hot wings, Cookie cake were hot, And ready! I could tell they were made fresh! It matters, especially when everything is so expensive since Covid and service has gotten so bad. I really appreciate the effort of whoever that man was and the lady in the back were really hustling. “This is one of my favorite locations. I had the pleasure of trying the new FANTASTIC 4 pizza and it was delicious! I love the fact that they bring new menu items. Oh and I gave a 4 for service because it took them a minute to notice that I was there for pickup. But once I was greeted the staff was very friendly and my pizza was hot and fresh.“

“Great little store. From online order to pick up just 20 min. The only challenge is around 5 and 6pm parking. Being around Wal-Mart people park around the spots for the store and you might have to park in 3 rows back. Carry out is the way to go. The custom pizza was correct and the chessey sticks where just right. I enjoy this little neighborhood papa John's“

“Ceniya was our delivery driver, and she actually found my daughters phone outside and she came and asked if that was our phone . Her integrity and honesty would go long ways . “Ate there for the first time this evening. The fettuccine alfrefo with chicken was delicious. Portions are large. I loved the toasty rolls. The owner/manager was friendly and provided good service.“
