I couldnt hear well so I drove up, the worker was rude because I couldn't heard a word.
I was in the lobby for over 15 minutes with just two people ahead of me and a line of about 8 behind me... Everyone was getting frustrated at the slow pace of the employees. No one had a sense of urgency or initiative.
Your comp needs to hire more people and pay your employees well. This is not a difficult job. But it's grueling, and only 4 people on staff is ridiculous. Teresa was very nice and had excellent customer service despite the rush. Eventually people left because...read full review
