Finally ordered from Flaming Bird by H‑E‑B, two plates of chicken/sausage with two sides. Somewhat disappointed when I asked for mash potatoes and got rice instead, but hey!! you move on. The mac n cheese and rice were good. The chicken seemed a bit dried out and the sausage juicy and delicious. Wish they had added more onions and green peppers though to the plate. Overall a good experience, look forward to getting something else from their menu in the near future.
