“So I forgot her name, she helped me.This is that the new dunkin' donut at walmart when in there had great conversation with her she was very nice. I like when customer service people are nice and they talk to you.They want to have a conversation with you cause you're a person like that wants to be heard. I got my toasted coconut donuts.I got 2 jelly filled doughnuts,and I got a chai coffee with some carmel And a extra shot of expresso. She said some people really like it, so I tried it.It was great.“

“I don't believe I have ever left a review before, but this place left me with no choice. The lady behind the counter is so sweet and nice. Then she also goes out of her way to make sure all of the donuts in the box look amazing and arranges them in a way that looks so presentable. Awesome vibes in here too with the music and her energy! Today was my first morning here and I would recommended to anyone.“

“My kids don’t like donuts. I’m serious. They also can’t stand pancakes and truly hate French fries. I have failed as a parent or this Gen whatever they are have just truly lost their way in life. “In the in the past couple weeks I visited a couple donut shops here and there in the Dallas City area and they were honestly not good what so ever. I had a client out in the rowlett area today and decided to make a pit stop in this donut shop literally 10 minutes before they closed, and when I say this was the most warming and nicest environment to be in in that moment. Not only was it nice and welcoming but it was actually clean and a donuts were amazing. Even the guys smile behind the counter was awesome. Thank you for that. In that moment I needed a little kindness and I appreciate you for giving that to me in that brief 3 minute encounter. 💙

“I have an addiction to cinnamon rolls and have hit most of the donut shops around the Wylie, Sachse, Garland and Mesquite area. Catarina's is absolutely the best in these areas. The Cinnamon roll are big and the breakfast sandwiches are too. I absolutely love this donut shop and the young ladies running it.“

“It’s nice and clean, they have variety and the donuts are made WELL! I used to go to the donut shop by pizza hut but just recently found out that the owner retired. Their donuts don’t taste the same now. THIS place just tastes WAY BETTER. It’s my new favorite spot, I almost went back for more on the same day,they were so good!!“

“Had an awesome experience today with Kevin and Sarah! I came in for my husband's birthday surprise donuts, and I didn't see his favorite apple pie donut... but not to fear Sarah was on it! She went to the back to check if the apple pie could be available.. YES, SO EXCITED THAT Jason was able to get 2 ready for me... but what was even more beautiful was that when Kevin came out from the back with those they had decorated them with candles and a lil Happy Birthday plastic sign!!!! So incredibly sweet. Everytime we've visited their customer service has been top notch! I couldn't recommend any place for donuts more than this place!! Thanks for blessing me and my husband today! Y'all are awesome!!“

“So much better than Dunkin Doughnuts! Family ran with delicious doughnuts 🍩! The Croissant Doughnut is the best Doughnut, and you will not find it at Dunkin. Called the Cronut, a layered, flaky, pastry Doughnut that melts in your mouth. I believe they only have them on Friday's and Saturday's. A must try for something you can not find at your chain stores.“
