“Updating my review. I've been a few more times since it open and quality has definitely gotten better. Today was a pick up order through the drive kinda large, we had no missing items and no issues with the customized items requested. Very pleased with the visits and service.“

This time... they had excellent customer service, the wait time was great.. the food was fresh, and it just seemed alot more better than before. “Awesome location with an awesome staff! I was sad when Dairy Queen went out of business in this area, but now I’m very happy because it allowed me to try this place and I have grown to love Braums very much.

But this location in particular is just very well ran and has very sweet and personable employees working for them. Thank y’all very much for a great experience every time I go.

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “I typically come here during lunch hours while we're on the project up here, working on the road. And I've never had a bad experience with this particular CFA! Sure, there's a momentary wait time, but that's warned about after I order on the app, and it's one of THE busiest businesses in the entire area come lunch time! Being in one of the literal biggest non-CDL trucks, it's a little difficult to find a parking spot, but it's typically worth it when I walk in, wait 2-5 minutes for my meal to be handed to me, and take it back to the truck. My orders usually get delivered as I request them, and if there's an issue, it's a non-issue, and just the usual tasty item. I get what I order.
I usually grab the Grilled Chicken Club meal, and I'll add something extra, since my job is typically on-the-go, and I've yet to be disappointed, like I would from some other places. This CFA allows me to be able to survive the rest of the day on what I get from them.
Given the next few months, I'm pretty sure some of the employees may even get to know me by name and sight before we're done!
Thanks for all the good food and hard work yall do out there, CFA employees! I know some of my peers can be... less than appreciative or kind, but yall muscle through it all to deliver the quality of customer service and food I've come to love for the longest time.“

“I would like to publicly commend Angel Lopez Mgr. for his kindness and generosity after my family experienced an unexpected Covid related emergency. Mr. Lopez safely ministered to my needs and even gave me his personal phone charger so I could keep in contact with my family member who had to be left alone in the hospital emergency and was also admitted with a very serious illness. I am thankful to report that my child is recovering and is now doing better. Angel was a real Angel to me and I thank God for him and his awesome team for showing me such much brotherly love! “I am a frequent flyer at this location. They are always so very warm and accommodating and you can tell the staff is trained and led very well. I am always very happy with my pizza (typically order for pick up) and the friendly service. They keep me coming back!“

He sized up to large and the drinks are very large. The soda fountain has many different flavors and varieties. The ketchup and napkins are serve yourself.“

I asked if Horacio, the GM, could deliver our children their next clue with the meal & he blew my mind with the next question. He asked if he could declined it with a Santa, Gricnh, or SpongeBob costume.

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!“

“I went to this location last night right before closing. It wasn’t until I realized they hadn’t received my online order that when I ordered it had defaulted my order to the next day without informing me before purchasing. When the workers and myself realized what had happened they were so quick to try to fulfill my order — even while cleaning and closing. They never once had an attitude or made me feel like I was putting them out. The two ladies that assisted were nothing short of awesome! We need more customer service around like this!! “First I'd like to say that every time I come to this Taco Bell when the night shift is working, the food and service is ALWAYS good. If you come in earlier in the day, I've noticed multiple times that the food and service is no where near as good, but still acceptable. On this particular day that I came in on 08/03/25 at around 10:30pm (I think), I had the best food I've ever had here along with the best service. Notably, Alex Johnson was excellent at taking my order, speaking to me at the window, and was really great at his job in every aspect. This man NEEDS a raise and at the very least some extra respect.
