Last week we stopped on our way out of town. I usually get my food and sit down and my husband gets our drinks. It was taking a while so when I checked they asked us to leave because of my service dog. They called the police (who informed them we could stay as my dog was properly licensed and wearing a red marked vest)
We did not get to eat or get our money back.
