Enjoyed the staff at this particular Starbucks. Very much they are friendly and the service. Is great period it used to be a gathering place for students. Be friends could stop in the morning or evenings and talk to each other and enjoy the place.. The new design is very cold.No atmosphere at all and defining because of the acoustics.Nobody can hear what anybody's saying.
They have another issue that I wish they would fix. When they close during the summer, when everybody's out late. They close earlier. They close at 9 PM the other day. I was sitting out drinking my coffee and eating my snack in the car. Because they were close and 12 different people came through and actually they had a line waiting for service and it left the illusion that people were getting service because the people would wait at the box to order for a while, then drive up the window and stop, and everybody thought they were open. And the winter explosion at 9. May be okay, but in the summer is silly. It costs them a lot of customers. And then you designed the store where they no longer have the coffee and the cups and the things people used to like to go in and shop for and by it's just a different place and it's very cold by cold. I mean, the atmosphere is just sterile and you can't even see the people that were your friends..
This sounds like sort of an experimental design so they could focus on online orders and drive through only.I'd be really curious to see what it's really done to The profit margin.
There is an old adage " If it is not broken don't fix it."
It wasn't broken but it is now.I miss the old configuration.Although I like the staff still very much.

“I hate to lop off a star, because the people here were engaging and engaged. I had a couple of really interesting conversations. Unfortunately, the coffee (I drink plain dark roast, no sugar or cream) was not up to the usual Starbucks quality. I go for the consistent flavor and body, and the couple of times I stopped here were just not there. Maybe I stopped on a couple of bad days; or maybe they just need to pay some attention to cleaning the coffee-brewer, I don't know. I hope they figure it out, though, because as I said the people were great.“
“Always friendly faces to greet you in the drive through, and great suggestions for alternate drink favorites. My new FAVE is the Caramel Ribbon Crunch!!! Just a slight upgrade from my basic Caramel Frappe Xtra whip but with a delicious twist. Thank you STARBUCKS.“

“I ordered a head while on a time schedule... I entered at the time scheduled time... The building was not busy inside or the drive thru.(see photos). Some how I still had to wait about 10mins. No other orders where even at the pick up area... Total 25 mins from the time the order was placed online... The guy was friendly but that doesn't replace my lost time. The coffee was ok,“

“All the food is packaged. Mostly not good or healthy. Like the teas and other fruit drinks. Love the smell of fresh coffee, but dont drink it. I'm not sure about the quality of the beans they use. Great place to meet and catch up with someone.“
