“Very cool donut shop. Has a whole vibe. Looking at the Totoro drawing on the wall, nomming on some tasty donuts and kolaches, to music from My Neighbor Totoro. Kids got donuts with kitty cats, rainbows, gummy worms, while I had a Bavarian cream filled éclair, and a couple jalapeño sausage kolaches. All pretty good.

Selection seemed limited, but really. They had everything you'd need.

Service is swift, building is a small slip in the shopping center. The seating is neat, but limited, and the gender-neutral bathroom was clean.

“Excellent selection to choose from. Everything I purchased tasted great. I loved the amazing choices I had to choose from for breakfast tacos and sweets. The employees are so nice and helpful. I was very impressed and looking forward to stopping in soon again. I highly recommend.“

They were out of the kolache my wife wanted, but had plenty of her second choice, and they even threw in a honey roll because they don't make the cake donut holes I was looking for except on Sat/Sun. I have a few favor donut places in Illinois and Indiana where I am from. But these donuts at Round Rock will give any donut place a run for their money. “What a wonderful little donut shop. Lots of choices and very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The owners (husband and wife)are not too friendly and did not even want to greet me though their female worker/cashier was great. She was so friendly kind and gave me free donuts holes for being military. I tried their Apple fritter which was delicious.

Parking: Very large parting and handicap parking too

Kid-friendliness: Kids would love to go and pick out their donuts with all their selection and really cool decorated donuts

“Overall I've never been a donut person myself over the last decade or so and not even a fan of Shipley's in particular, but I will admit I enjoy cake Donuts a lot more than I used to considering I try to watch my sugar intake. With their plain cake donut, their buttermilk cake donut and their blueberry cake donut, none of them iced that is, being around a little over a hundred calories per donut and 7 g of sugar is quite fantastic“
