“My friends and I tried their Turkish coffee and it is super! Their chocolate cake is fabulous! The blueberry scones are great, carrot cake delicious! The chocolate cake is the best and my husband and I return for it. We order a chocolate cake for a birthday celebration. Their chocolate cake is the cake that chocolate lovers should not miss if they visit Cure!! I love the place!! I return with no disappointment. “This review makes me happy and sad! Sad because we used to have a Nancy’s Sky Garden in Georgetown and I was a frequent patron. Then, one day, they were gone. Somehow I found out they still had 2 locations so I made the decision to trek the 21 miles away from home to get a “to go” meal. It was as delicious as I recall. The spicy tuna is absolutely the most flavorful spicy tuna I’ve ever had. Everything is always fresh and the balsamic dressing is heavenly. They have a unique menu and I’ve never been disappointed with what I’ve ordered. They’re in a strip mall and it’s definitely a casual, lunch like atmosphere. The owner has a green thumb (or somebody does) and they’ve always had the most gorgeous plants. This place is order at the register which also lends itself to a casual vibe. Nancy…why did you leave us?? Come back!!!“

My server, Heather, was extremely polite and helpful, suggesting the use of the tableside game/payment device as a way to view photos of all the selections, since the printed menu had photos of select items. The glazed salmon was a fantastic lunch choice. My only regret: I wasn't in town long enough to return to sample more from the extensive menu.“

“La Madeleine is not everybody's cup of tea. We like it. The food they offer, French bistro choices, is exactly what I like for lunch. The food always tastes fresh. I especially like the French onion soup and the calabrese sandwich. And if I have time, I will have a nice cup of decaf cappuccino after lunch. What is not to like about that? Location is very convenient if you do your shopping at Lakeline Mall or Hrocery shopping at HEB.“
