“Got the advertised meal on the window but got gravy instead of soft serve and no napkins anywhere in the facility and the poor guy asked his manager and she sounded frustrated that he asked.. felt bad for him and doesn’t make people feel comfortable when they are trying to bag a customers food correctly in front of them and ask a manager and she seems frustrated and bothered. Not very professional or polite treat staff better made me uncomfortable that I apologized and left with my order wrong.“

“The employees are awesome, the foods is great fresh and hot when you get it. But ordering online is a travesty because when you check in, there are never any stalls number signs. Half the stalls are broken from either wind or people hitting them, and they can never hear the commutation inside. The facility really needs more upkeep if your going to operate in the texas wind tunnel.
Follow up owner expeditionially made repairs and it is now convenient and warming to pick up online orders using the two dedicated spots. I am unsure however why online the dragon fruit redbull charger is not sour flavor anymore. It is not the same and only thing I could do was add a double shot of lime.“
