The menu has a fantastic selection, with everything from tacos to burritos packed with flavor. The tortillas taste fresh and homemade, and the meats are perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend their carne asada tacos – they were juicy, tender, and flavorful! The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel like family. Locals love this kind of place, and it’s easy to see why. Affordable, delicious, and authentic – this spot is worth every penny. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

The atmosphere is an amazing western theme with what I believe to be cedar flooring and walls. Definitely a nice touch.
Our server was attentive, friendly, and very helpful.
Our Sirloin steak was very good and the side dishes were excellent. The cucumber salad nearly stole the show for me.
The onion rings were really good as well.
Definitely worth checking out.”

The food was delicious, but what made it special was the people—the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. My favorite is their avocado toast or their nutter butter toast . Another great thing about this place is their pastry /cookie selection is always full and fresh. “We wanted to check out the place with the new owners and the food was amazing!! The cheese sticks were enormous and exquisite (according to my daughter). I got the salmon, sweet potatoes fries, asparagus, & green beans. I’m allergic to dairy and they were able to accommodate me without skimping on the taste. My salmon was cooked perfect (I like it medium). My husband had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, green beans, and a big piece of cornbread. Everything was cooked well & tasted great. My daughter also got the tomato soup and liked the taste but she personally didn’t care for the creaminess of it. We can’t wait to come again soon!! We sat in the Cowboy Lounge with the AC!”

“Annie’s food is always good. I have eaten many of their appetizers. They were all flavorful and good. The shrimp are always fresh, crayfish are always a hit. I really like the crawfish etouffe it is one of my favorites. The seafood is all good, I have eaten it grilled and fried. My favorite side they offer is their green beans. They are like none I have ever eaten. The spices they use are over the top. The other sides are all good, I just can’t say enough about their green beans.”

“This place is the bees knees. My wife, daughter and I stayed here for two nights after dropping our son off at Camp Lone Star in La Grange. We decided to post up at The Vintage Hideaway instead of driving all the way back home then making the trip again less than 48 hours later and MAN are were we quite pleased with that decision. Coming in early June, we basically had the entire property to ourselves. We stayed in house #2 "Yellow Rose" and this "tiny home" was a real treat. The room is surprisingly spacious, with great air conditioning to take cover from a warm Texas Summer with updated amenities including a sink, microwave, fridge and freezer that allowed us to bring some of our own snacks/food while still being able to enjoy the local eateries for dinner time on both nights. We are a super active family, so it was really nice to get outside and walk around multiple times during our stay with our daughter to enjoy the sunsets, the wooded areas and even some wild rabbits and deer! I was telling my wife, but The Vintage Hideaway is such a great location to come to disconnect and just enjoy the Texas country side. We didn't spend much time watching television or using the 5G internet they had to offer but rather getting outdoors, exploring the quite, quaint town of Round Top and just enjoying nature. We'll definitely be back in the future. Thank you Eva and Bryan for accommodating us!”

“This place is magical. If you're visiting Round Top and craving something sweet then please make a stop here. I absolutely adore this sweet shop. The design is super cute and as soon as you walk you already know you're going to find something delicious to snack on. Especially after a meal from one of the surrounding restaurants!I got a cookie, the "Clara's Crisp Lavender Cornflake" cookie because I wanted to try something different and new and wow I wish I could order a dozen! It's the perfect cookie to have with some hot milk tea. They have such a nice relaxing ambience outside and my group sat and ate or sugary snacks. Only a little bit of parking on the street and many people come here after church but you'll find a spot.I highly recommend this place to everyone :D”

“Normally wouldn’t review a “fast food” spot but this subway location was the most efficient I’ve been to in a long time. The crew of girls worked great together and they even had them pushing upsells on the subs lol hopefully they get paid well for that”

“We wanted a nice sit down breakfast after an overnight stay in Giddings. We got seated at a downtown restaurant, then quickly realized that nothing sounded enticing. We left without fanfare, and went to Donuts and Breakfast. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and we got donuts!”
