“This is our five or six time here. The employees are great at Potranco rd in San Antonio ! We came for dinner and Kristy was awesome. The food is fresh and flavor is consistent. “JP is a very nice place, awesome to hang out and listen to the music. My one and only issue I had yesterday on Father's Day as mentioned below. 1. The beer was warm even after having it in a bucket with the 1st pack of ice. We had to buy 3 more pitchers of ice and even that did not help to bring the beer cool or cold. We ended up drinking it with a cup of ice. It was as if the beer was placed in their refrigerator an hour or so before they opened. And served. And yes I understand there's options that we could have done but that's not the point. We like going to JP but they need their bottle to drink a lot COLDER especially for the summer. Another thing to mention and this will help everyone. Their staff inside need to do less talking and pay attention to the service window. Thank JP for all you ❤️“

Drinks were amazing never left half way through, food was hot and accurate, my husband is deaf so when he started to sign to me what he wanted and the bartender/manager KNEW what he wanted he took a moment and he said this is where we will come every time we go out. CJ was spectacular, even with how busy she was we never felt left on a back burner, the only issue were a couple of fights breaking out but even than CJ was right there to make sure it stopped and everyone felt safe. A1 employee 👍👍 will be coming back and will be bringing our family and friends.“

“I wanted to recognize Sergion. This is my first visit to this location and I was very impressed with his exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. He was also the chef and made the best Asian Zing tenders, perfectly cooked, seasoned with the perfect amount of glaze and crisp. I hope Upper Management knows that they have a wonderful employee with Sergion and he is doing a fantastic job representing the company.

“5 Monkeys... nice, funny name, isn't it? I've tried this place a few times now, and honestly, it keeps amazing me every single visit. It's a perfect spot to hang out with friends as well as family. The staff is very well-mannered and attentive, they keep checking on you without being overbearing, which is really nice. The Long Island Iced Tea is one of my go-to drinks here, and it's amazing. They also offer complimentary nuts (cashews, peanuts, and chickpeas) which are super tasty and perfect when you want a light snack along with your drink. They opened just a month or two ago, and we've already been here around 6 times, that itself says a lot. Food highlights: Chicken Wings - I call them jumbo chicken wings. I love the garlic parmesan, and my wife loves the buffalo garlic parmesan. 5/5 Chicken Nuggets - Nice, juicy, and crispy. 5/5 Loaded Fries - My absolute favorite appetizer. 10/5 Grilled Chicken Melt - The bread and chicken are sooo good. 5/5 My friend tried the Pitawich (falafel & chicken) and said it was really good. Grilled Chicken Platter - Amazing combination of basmati rice, fries, salad, and sauce. 5/5 My friends also tried the Touchdown Lamb Platter and enjoyed it. Portion sizes, especially for the appetizers, are very generous. If you're looking for good food, good drinks, and a great atmosphere, this is definitely a place to try. They also have hookah, we didn't get a chance to try it yet. On a lighter note , the only small request would be better lighting so we can take nicer pictures of the food... haha! Alma, the manager called me and asked if I received the order, when I told her I had not she coordinated with me and the driver on site to get me my delivery. The young lady working in the lobby, wearing a red shirt and with black hair, was very attentive and checked on us many times to make sure we had everything we needed. The crew at the front taking our order were fast and efficient, and during their downtime, they all kept the lobby clean. It was nice to see these young workers actually putting in effort and making sure customers have a great experience especially nowadays when it’s rare to see young people go above and beyond instead of doing the bare minimum. “We had an early lunch here and noticed immediately small pools of water on the floor. We asked the hostess if there was a leak and she told us it was condensation from the AC unit. This needs to be fixed aside from being dangerous it is unsightly and water drips in places as you walk by. Aside from that, the rest of the visit was terrific. We were seated promptly and our waiter attended quickly. This location is a good size and has a full bar, booths (including a couple of long booths for larger groups. The noise level was low but might get more in evening with larger crowds. We ordered the Southwestern Egg Rolls ($9.79) which is an appetizer but can make a small meal of. Also ordered the Southwest Chicken Caesar Salad ($10.79) and it was quite large and flavorful. Both of these were good choices and ingredients were fresh. Our waiter was prompt and efficient. Masks are not required and you can do contactless pay at the table.“

“Normally we love coming here but tonight I went through the drive threw and asked for a large sweet tea, we'll the tea was horrible and I always get their tea. I paid more for it and I just dumped the tea out the window. It was so gross. Tasted like water with tea color on it. Very disappointed but I will continue to co.e back because we love canes. But maybe just taste the tea or drink before leaving.“
